All Youth are Eligible!!
NO Lacrosse Equipment Required!

Designed to introduce new players to Lacrosse and hone skills of experienced players
Players should expect equal playing time and exposure to all field positions
Over 10 hours of training and fast-paced lacrosse games
All training and competition designed to be Developmentally Appropriate per Age Group
All players, regardless of experience will be placed on a team

Training and Team Selection
October 30th
12:30 pm to 2:00 PM

Game Days:
Oct 30, Nov 6, Nov 13, Dec 4, and Dec 11
12:30 pm to 2:00 PM
40 minutes of lacrosse training followed by games
League Championship Playoffs with Awards and Prizes
Four Divisions: Format will follow the US Lacrosse Athlete Development Model by
playing small-sided games on smaller (age-appropriately sized) fields,
players can be moved up/down based on size and skill level.
Boys and Girls may play together in younger age groups
No contact. Training and games focus on stick skills, footwork and Lacrosse IQ
2U – 3v3 No Goalies.
4U – 4v4 Optional Goalies
6U – 5v5 and/or 7v7 with Goalies
8U – 5v5 and/or 7v7 with Goalies
